Reservations - All reservations will conform to the following criteria:
Reservations are currently limited to 10 people per reservation based on State guidelines.
Reservations can only be scheduled between the hours of 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.
Communal food is not allowed at this time.
Event host will be responsible for providing a list of names with phone numbers to the City to facilitate contact tracing, if needed. It is optional for the public to provide this information.
There are only enough tables and chairs to accommodate the number of people approved by the State & County Guidelines.
Cleaning / Disinfecting:
A wall mounted hand sanitizer unit has been installed at both entrances to the building.
A disinfecting cleaning fee of $60 will be added to each reservation regardless of length of reservation.
Professional cleaning/disinfecting of all common areas and high touch surfaces will occur before and after all reservations unless it is a “free” government reservation in which case the renters will be responsible for their own cleaning / disinfecting before and after their event.
Please be considerate of others:
6 ft. social distancing must be maintained at all times
A protective MASK must be worn unless you’re outside and maintaining a 6 ft distance
Do not enter the building if you have the following symptoms:
Fever
Cough
Shortness of breath
Any other Covid 19 symptoms as directed by Public Health
Physical adjustments:
Fresh air – it is recommended to open a door for fresh air during your event.
Extra furniture will be removed or made inaccessible to eliminate access to additional chairs or tables.
Self-Screening:
Hosts of events are responsible for keeping list of names and a phone numbers of individuals who are physically present in order to facilitate contract tracing, as needed.
It is purely optional for the public to provide this information.
