The Howelsen Ice Complex is now home to the Steamboat Wranglers Junior Hockey Club!

The Steamboat Wranglers are the latest team to be added to the Tier 3 Rocky Mountain Junior Hockey League, sanctioned by USA Hockey. The Steamboat team is one of seven teams in the RMJHL, and in partnership with the Salmon Arm Silverbacks in the British Columbia Junior Hockey League.

The season will run from October through February, with all games played at the Howelsen Ice Complex in Steamboat Springs. The team consists of 25 junior level players, ages 17-20, from across the country, with the possibility of international athletes coming to Steamboat Springs.
