The City of Steamboat Springs rents many of its facilities to the public. Please contact us if the facility you are interested in isn't listed below.
Policies:
- All facilities are rented for the exact time needed for entire event. Please include set-up and clean-up time within your reservation.
- A $100 check for the facility damage deposit is required. It will not be cashed unless damages occur.
- Full-day rates apply for times over 8 hours.
- Rates do not include tax
- Damage deposit is $500 if alcohol is served.
Rates:
Yampa River Botanic Park: $300 for 2 hours, $100 for each additional hour. The new fee for 2009 is $500 for up to 3 hours and $100 for additional hours.
Botanic Park
Olympian Hall:
- Private: $40/hr, $320/day
- Non-profit: $15-$20/hr, $120-$200/day
- For-profit: $80/hr, $640/day
- Fireplace Room: $25/hr
Community Center: Call 970 879 2060 for rates.
The Beach at Howelsen Hill: $10/hr
Mesa School House:
- Private: $25/hr, $200/day
- Non-profit: $5-$15/hr, $40-$120/day
- For-profit: not permitted
