Afterschool Action and School Days Off

Afterschool Action & School Days Off (Grades K-5) provide transportation from Strawberry Park Elementary to Soda Creek Elementary. Our programs offer a variety of activities directly suited to your child's needs. We will have access to the gym, commons, outdoor playground, and our own arts & crafts space daily. In addition, all children will be participating in “Homework Half Hour” from 4:00-4:30pm. Kids will have the option to do homework, read, or for our youngest kids, being read to all under the direct supervision of our staff. Each Friday we will continue to take kids to a local park and will be back on site by 5:00pm.

A.S.S.E.T. Clubs are available at an additional cost to registered participants. Clubs have included Karate, Tennis, Excel Gymnastics, Jewelry making & Leather tooling, Sewing, Cheerleading, Potter's Wheel, Drama and more!

Forms are available at Soda Creek Elementary location, Parks, Open Space & Recreation office, or website. If you have completed the '11-'12 Recreation Family Record for 2011 Summer Camp, you do not have to do it again for the '11-'12 Afterschool Program.
