Three Step Guide for Submitting a Resubmittal
At the conclusion of your project’s initial round of TAC, it may be necessary to address comments with a resubmittal. Follow these step by step instructions in order to submit a complete resubmittal when required.

1. Respond to TAC comments. The project coordinator will receive a TAC letter outlining all comments at the conclusion of the initial round of TAC.  TAC comments necessitating a resubmittal will be clearly called out with a “Revisions Required” header. Make sure to respond to comments within the document in red for clarity.

2. Assemble materials needed to address comments. Unless otherwise specified, provide the following for a complete resubmittal:

Paper Size & Number of Copies

TAC Response Letter

Plan Set &/or Plat

When a TAC comment requires a page of a plan set to be updated, a whole new plan set must be provided and changes must be bubbled.

3. Submit your resubmittal. Submitting your resubmittal is a two-step process just like your original submittal. Here are all the parameters for uploading your digital documents and submitting hardcopies.

1. Upload digital files through the portal. You can access the current project resubmittal portal here.

a. Deadline: resubmittals are due every Friday at 11:30 a.m. in order to go to TAC the following Tuesday.

b. Naming convention: Your TAC letter includes your project code. Use that code, the date and the document name to name each PDF. Also, please make sure to upload each item as a separate PDF. Use the following naming convention. Here’s an example:
DP-16-01_01 01 16_TAC Response Letter
DP-16-01_01 01 16_Plan Set

2. Submit hardcopies. This is the last step to submit your resubmittal.

a. Location: Submit hardcopies to our office. The physical address is 124 10th Street Steamboat Springs, CO 80487. If you’re mailing hardcopies, please send to PO Box 775088 Steamboat Springs, CO 80477.

b. Deadline: resubmittals are due every Friday at 11:30 a.m. in order to go to TAC the following Tuesday. The Planning Department must receive both hardcopies and digital files in order for the submittal to be complete and disseminated to TAC.
