Yes, however, you are allowed to carry a concealed weapon in a private vehicle or other private means of conveyance when carrying a weapon for lawful protection or protection of another person or property while traveling or if you have a vaild written permit to carry a concealed weapon. Additonally, it is illegal for anybody to have a firearm in their possession while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
