What are the laws pertaining to teen drivers?
- No passengers under the age of 21 until the driver holds a valid driver's license for at least six month.
- No more than one passenger under the age of 21 until the driver holds a valid driver's license for at least one year.
- No more than one passenger in the front seat of a vehicle driven by a person under age 18 and the number of passengers in the back seat shall not exceed the number of seat belts.
- No person who holds a temporary instruction permit or a minor's instruction permit shall use a mobile communication device while operating a motor vehicle.
