What is the allowed building height?

To determine the allowed building height, you must first determine what zone district the subject property is in:

• Refer to the Zoning map
• Once you have determined your zone district, refer to the zone district dimensional standards table in the Community Development Code.
• Use the dimensional standards table to determine the allowed height and other standards.
