Right of Way Inspection Request Form

All development within the city must pass two inspections performed by Public Works Staff. The first inspection takes place prior to hook up to YVEA temporary electric service and the second prior to receiving a Certificate of Occupancy/Approval. Points of concern include all drainage that leaves or crosses the property, compliance with driveway standards, and the integrity of public right of way that may have been affected during construction. These inspections must be requested between April 1st and November 1st. Due to winter conditions at other times of the year, inspections may not be possible. Even if you are not ready for electric hook up or final approvals for the building, it may still be possible to complete right of way inspections. Please plan accordingly.
