Sample Site Layout

The Department of Public Works reviews and approves all building permits for compliance with the same considerations that are the focus of the right of way inspection. This is done in a effort to aid designers in site layout and provide contractors with a buildable project. This document is an example site layout that includes many of the considerations reviewed by Public Works staff.
