Driveway Standards - Single Family Home

Driveway design is often the determining factor in property improvement. Any deviation from City driveway standards must be reviewed through the administrative variance procedure of the Department of Public Works. Requests for variance should be made in writing to the Director of Public Works. The variance will be considered based on site hardship and those design considerations that are clearly outlined in the request.
