Middle School G.R.O.W. Photography Class
- WHO: Middle School Girls (Grades 6-8)
- WHAT: We are bringing back our Girls Reaching Out Wider (GROW) program again this spring! After the success of our first GROW session this past winter, we are bringing back renowned local photographer Danielle Zimmerer for another fun photography lesson. The program will teach Middle School girls not only basic photography techniques, but also work on skill-building and confidence-building through learning and experience. A camera (phone, camera, digital camera, or other camera) is required for the activity.
- WHEN: Monday, March 27 | 3:45 PM to 5:30 PM (Parent Pickup Between 5:15 PM-5:30 PM)
- WHERE: Olympian Hall - Howelsen Hill Lodge
- TRANSPORTATION: A youth programs staff member will pick up students at Sleeping Giant and Steamboat Middle School and transport them to Olympian Hall. Parents are responsible for picking up their child by 5:30 PM. Please let us know if you plan to drop off your child at Olympian Hall so staff knows not to look for them at school pickup.
- COST: $15 (includes transportation and snacks)
- REGISTRATION:
- Advanced registration is required.
- Registration deadline is Wednesday, March 22.
- PLEASE NOTE: If not enough participants are registered by EOD on March 22, the event will be cancelled and parents will be notified of the cancellation on Thursday, March 23.
