The energy assessment rebate is for an energy assessment performed by a certified professional, and people can get a rebate from both the City and YVEA for the same energy assessment. Participants must provide the assessment report to get the rebate.
The rebate is applicable to commercial and residential assessments and the property must be located within city limits. Participants can qualify for a $150 rebate for an energy assessment and a $100 incentive if they implement a recommendation provided in their assessment report.
